We currently ship to most countries worldwide.

However, certain destinations may be unavailable due to shipping carrier restrictions, customs regulations, or logistical limitations.

If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified before your order is processed.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination country.

Typical delivery times are:

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Lost Packages

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of:

  • the damaged item;

  • the shipping packaging;

  • the shipping label.

We will review the situation and offer an appropriate solution where applicable.

Separate Shipments

In some cases, products may be shipped separately depending on warehouse availability, supplier logistics, or shipping optimization.

As a result, items from the same order may arrive in different packages and on different dates.
